Yoga in the Yard

Come get grounded with. community yoga, outdoor-style. All classes are weather & ground permitting so check our social media pages or call the cafe for updates. We will cancel class at least one hour prior if we think the ground will be too wet. We ask that yoga participants park in the front of the shopping center on the Leestown Road side rather than on Burke in front of the Cafe. Classes are donation-based for the instructors (most accept Venmo as well as cash) and are open to all experience levels, all you need is a mat!
